Barielle Falling Star

This stunner is from the 2009 All Lacquered Up collection. First of all, let me just say that I absolutely LOVE polishes with odd or contrasting glitter/shimmer combinations. This stunner fits the bill. The base is a dusty cornflower blue, and the glitter is copper colored. Weird, but it works.

This is two coats with no topcoat.

As you can see, it dries to a bumpy finish. I applied Revlon Colorstay Sealing Shine Topcoat and the problem was solved.

The application was pretty good. The polish is fairly thick, but a drop or two of thinner takes care of that. It dried relatively quickly and I had no chipping issues at all. This one is a winner.
